You don't hear Elder Scrolls done in this particular blend of retro-electronic/orchestral too often, and it wasn't a title I was expecting Argle to turn his attention to, but I'm sure glad he did. This is only our second posted mix from Oblivion specifically, though plenty of Jeremy Soule's other magnificent works have been arranged, including mixes of Skyrim & Morrowind. I'd say things climax at around 2'34', but Adam breaks things down and deconstructs the layers afterwards, halving the tempo 2'59' for the remaining minute or so as things march onward & outward. Not so lonely any more! Argle's given the motif plenty of company, with gated synths, breakbeatish drums, pulsewave leads, electric guitar 1'30', nice exposed string stabs backing up acoustic piano 1'55', and epic cinematic percussion that gets added in soon after.
